Palmetto SiteBuilder (PSB) is a fully responsive, customized website platform built on a powerful content management system (CMS). A CMS is a system used to manage the content of a website. It allows the content manager or “Editor” to manage the creation, modification and removal of content from a website without needing the technical skills or the expertise of a webmaster.
